“Property Investing has totally changed my life. I get to work hard at doing something I love and spend time with my family.
Creating new homes for people, you see the smiles on their faces. It’s incredible to see the joy that you can give them.”
Paul decided he wanted to be a solicitor at seven years old. Since then he has become an award winning nationally recognised expert in the field of residential property having been asked to lecture other lawyers across the Country.
Paul’s niche areas of work include both Equity Release mortgages and leasehold enfranchisement (both of which he has written a book about for the legal profession) but predominantly his work involves property developers.
Don’t miss out on the high calibre speakers The Property Meetup delivers to you month in, month out. Unlike some of the bigger networks, we’re an independent meeting, and we hand select every speaker we put in front of you. That means we can skip the sales pitches, the ‘rush to the back of the room and buy my latest course’. We avoid the tired recycling of the same speakers.
We only bring you amazing, real life examples of people crushing it day in day out, in high integrity, highly profitable property businesses. Why? So you can learn learn learn, absorb, profit, emulate.
The team at The Old Bond Store has worked incredibly hard to make sure the venue is compliant with recent government guidance and that includes our meeting.
They have adopted a ‘belt and braces’ approach doubling and tripling up over and above the requirements so you can rest assured you’re safe.
There are extensive CONTROLS in the building including sanitisation, mandatory hand washing on entry, toilets will be available and will have sensible controls to avoid congestion.
The number of attendees will be limited. Initially we will allowing ONLY 30 tickets.
Seats will be allocated on arrival and these cannot be changed mid-meeting. All seating will be at 1+ metre distance from other seats.
There is a strict one way system in place with one set of stairs designated as ‘UP’ and another as ‘DOWN’.
For further information, here is an article from the hospitality industry’s main journal:
