Great agenda and I walked away having both learnt more and encouraged by the stories and ideas the other attendees had to share.
The speakers offered useful insight and Karen's segment is always motivational and interesting. Great to meet new people in the networking parts of the agenda.

Paul Sams

Paul’s niche areas of work include both Equity Release mortgages and leasehold enfranchisement (both of which he has written a book about for the legal profession) but predominantly his work involves property developers.

Safety Precautions
The team at The Old Bond Store has worked incredibly hard to make sure the venue is compliant with recent government guidance and that includes our meeting.
They have adopted a ‘belt and braces’ approach doubling and tripling up over and above the requirements so you can rest assured you’re safe.
Controls
There are extensive CONTROLS in the building including sanitisation, mandatory hand washing on entry, toilets will be available and will have sensible controls to avoid congestion.
Limited Numbers
The number of attendees will be limited. Initially we will allowing ONLY 30 tickets.
Social Distancing
Seats will be allocated on arrival and these cannot be changed mid-meeting. All seating will be at 1+ metre distance from other seats.
One Way System
There is a strict one way system in place with one set of stairs designated as ‘UP’ and another as ‘DOWN’.
