Parking is situated directly opposite the venue, at Eastgate Multi-storey Carpark.

This’ll be a small event, with max 20 people.
There’ll be lots of chance for property chat in a more relaxed and less hurried setting than our usual meeting.

The team at The Old Bond Store has worked incredibly hard to make sure the venue is compliant with recent government guidance and that includes our meeting.
They have adopted a ‘belt and braces’ approach doubling and tripling up over and above the requirements so you can rest assured you’re safe.
There are extensive CONTROLS in the building including sanitisation, mandatory hand washing on entry, toilets will be available and will have sensible controls to avoid congestion.
The number of attendees will be limited. Initially we will allowing ONLY 30 tickets.
Seats will be allocated on arrival and these cannot be changed mid-meeting. All seating will be at 1+ metre distance from other seats.
There is a strict one way system in place with one set of stairs designated as ‘UP’ and another as ‘DOWN’.
